Payment Processing Fees

Payment made by credit card are processed through a secure third-party payment processor. If a reservation is cancelled and qualifies for a refund under our cancellation policy, the room charges will be refunded. However, payment processing fees retained by the payment processor are not returned to the hotel and will be deducted from the refunded amount.
